Note:
- (1) The Company shall pay the Death Benefit for all causes, excluding those specified under the Exclusions of this Policy Wording.
- (2) The company will only pay for one infant diagnosed with Down Syndrome and will only pay once throughout the Policy term. The total payout for this benefit will not exceed 100% of the Sum Insured.
- (3) The number of days of payment is calculated from the 4th day of hospitalization onwards (excluding the first 3 days of hospitalization) and is a maximum of 100 days for the entire Policy term and not exceeding 60 days for one hospitalization period.
- (4) The company will pay a maximum of 100% of the Sum Insured for claims under this benefit.
- (5) The company will only pay this benefit for one low-birth-weight infant, and will only pay once throughout the contract period.
- A waiting period (the period from the effective date of the Policy until the end of the 12th week of pregnancy) applies to Benefits (3) and (4).
