Mr. Khamsaya Soukhavong is Chairman cum CEO of Mirae Asset Prévoir Life Insurance Company Limited. He is responsible for all activities in driving the company’s growth and success.

Mr. Khamsaya Soukhavong has more than 25 year experience in financial and investment, in which Mr. Khamsaya has more than 10 years with Mirae Asset Prévoir Life Insurance Company in Vietnam.

Previously, Mr. Khamsaya joined Prévoir Group in Paris in role of Head of International Development in 2011. He worked closely with the Board of Prévoir Group as a key advisor with regard to business strategy by holding various roles and functions in different market (Asia, South and East Europe).

Mr. Khamsaya has a French nationality and holds the Master degree in Econometric and Finance from French University and Paris Business School.
 

Mr. Oh Eun Sang has joined the Mirae Asset Prévoir Life Insurance Company in Vietnam in April 2024. He is Chief Finance Officer and responsible for accounting and finance. He also supports the CEO with strategy planning and execution.

Having 23 years of experience on setting up a management strategy, finance and product pricing & development in Korean life insurance market. In 2002, he started working and held a management role at Mirae Asset Life Insurance Company in Korea.

He received a citation from the Financial Supervisory Service of Korea for his contribution to the development of the Korean insurance industry in 2014 and has obtained a number of exclusive sales rights for new products.

Mr. Oh holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at SungKyunKwan University, Korea.
 

Mr. Long currently holds the position of Chief Distribution Officer at Mirae Asset Prévoir, takes the role of developing and establishing new distribution channels and is also responsible for managing sales activities of the existing channels of Mirae Asset Prevoir.

Having over 20 years of experience in business development and sales, including 15 years in Finance – Banking – Insurance, Mr. Long held several senior management positions as Head of Bancassurance, SME Branch Director, Business Development Director…Mr. Long has a proven track record of leading, developing, and managing sales teams to achieve assigned business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality sales standards across multiple channels, such as B2B, B2C, B2B2C, FINTECH etc… offerings with suitable business models.

Mr. Long holds Master of Business Administration (North Central University - US), Bachelor of Law (University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU) and ANZIIF Diploma.

Ms. Thanh has 20 years of experience in Life Insurance industry. Currently she is holding the position of Chief Operation Officer cum Director of Hanoi Branch Office of Mirae Asset Prévoir, taking on the role of designing, building, managing and automating of Operations procedures to support appropriately and effectively for increasingly diversified distribution channels at Mirae Asset Prévoir. In parallel, Ms. Thanh is the person who performs directly the external affairs with the line Ministry in business operation of  Mirae Asset Prévoir. In addition, Ms. Thanh is a member of the Executive Committee of Life Insurance Division of the 5^th term (2020-2025) of Insurance Association Vietnam.

Ms. Thanh holds General Medical Doctor – Hanoi Medical University and Bachelor of Law – Hanoi Law University.

Officially joined from June 2018, Mrs. Tu Cam is currently Director, Human Resources & Administration at Mirae Asset Prevoir Life Insurance Company. Prior joining MAP Life, Mrs. Tu Cam spent more than 23 years working in Human resources & Administration field with multinational companies in FMCG, financial services, and education such as Nestle (La Vie), Prudential, TT Capital, Vincom Financial Group, IAE…

Holding the B.A. Foreign Language Pedagogy, certification of Human Resources Management, there Mrs. Tu Cam has been showed a solid background and working experience in human resources general affairs. She keeps managing the HR strategic operation in meeting Mirae Asset Prévoir’s goals through its most valuable resource – Talented People.

Officially joined in 2013, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy is currently an Appointed Actuary at Mirae Asset Prévoir Life Insurance Company.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy has 19 years of working experience in Insurance and Stock Investment. Before joining Mirae Asset Prévoir Life Insurance Company, he had worked at Bao Viet Group (Baoviet Life, Bao Viet Non-life insurance company), Vietcombank Cardif Life Insurance Company, MB Securities Company.

He holds a Master’s degree in Financial and Actuarial Science at Lyon1 University, France. He is a fellow actuary of the French Actuary Institution.
