Mirae Asset Prévoir Life Insurance Company Limited, established and operating under License No. 31/GP/KDBH issued by the Ministry of Finance dated 17 March 2005.

The Company’s principal activities are to provide life insurance products, reinsurance activities, investment activities and other business operations in line with prevailing laws and regulations.

The Company’s head office is located at 6A and 8th Floor, Sai Gon Giai Phong Building, 436 - 438 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

 

The Company would like to announce the change of KPMG Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the external auditor of the Company, responsible for auditing financial statements and other reports as required by law for Mirae Asset Prévoir Life Insurance Company Limited from the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024.
